The Lemon cupcakes were successful, yay! I ended up buying mini patty pans and mini cupcake trays to make bite size ones. I iced them with lemon frosting and put lemon curd in their centres to make them extra tasty. This was all done around midnight on Tuesday. I got a bit delirious from excessive icing consumption. I've also attached an image of the hot air balloons I made for my sister's birthday.Looking forward to making more cupcakes asap. Extremely therapeutic :)
